Our Approach: Full Travel, Controlled Loading

We take the same engineering principle used in our extender frame — and apply it here.

Just like our extender maintains 4 inches (100mm) of travel to prevent sudden tension spikes, this system is built to preserve elastic travel length at all times.

Here’s how:

• Each cord is selected so that when attached, slack is just removed
• From there, it only stretches slightly to reach your starting tension
• The majority of the cord’s travel length remains unused

If a 600mm elastic cord is stretched close to its maximum:
