Plate Hanger for Compression & Vacuum Hanging

Compression and vacuum hanging are staples in my penis enlargement routine, which means I am using my plate hanger 2.0 on the regular.

This design has been iterated from our original 1.0 design to accomodate both standard and olympic-sized weight plates, and the design is even stronger than before!

 

FEATURES:

• Can stack and symmetrically hold the exact weight plates you need for accurate and evenly distributed tension
• You can hang with either Standard Plates (25mm bore/hole) or Olympic Size Plates (50mm hole/bore)
• Made from Nylon reinforced with 30% Glass Fibre (REALLY F***ING STRONG)
• Compatible with the pulley system 2.0

• Plate hanger base (suited for standard plates - 25mm bore/hole)
• Adapter plate (slots onto Plate hanger base and is suitable for olympic size plates - 50mm bore/hole)
