Compression Plate

The Compression Plate can be used for:

• Hanging (Recommended safety limit: 3KG)
  For Hanging with a Compression Plate, you'll need a Plate Hanger or Weight Bag.
• Extending (Recommended safety limit: 3KG)
  For Extending you'll need an Extender Kit (Click here to get the Compression Plate and Extender Frame in a kit)
• Stretching with a Leg Band
  For Compression Stretching, you will need a Leg Band.
• Used with a Silicone Sleeve for Passive Healing to secure sleeve

• 2 x 4mm x 400mm polyester paracord
• TPE Wrap
