The vacuum chambers attach to the glans using controlled suction, creating a secure connection that is typically more comfortable for extended wear times.

This kit is ideal for users who prefer gentle traction over longer durations and want a system optimized for vacuum attachment.

Compression Extender Kit

Designed for higher-force traction during shorter sessions.

The compression attachment grips the shaft using padded silicone protection and structural compression cords. These tissues tolerate compression well, allowing for higher traction force compared to vacuum attachment.

This option is often preferred by users training with higher tension levels or shorter sessions.

Engineered for Safety and Consistent Tension

100mm Travel Length (4× Industry Standard)

Most extenders on the market only provide around 25mm of travel length.
That small range can easily max out when the body bends, sits, or moves.

When an extender maxes out, the traction force can spike dramatically — turning what appears to be a controlled adjustment into an uncontrolled force increase.

Our extender maintains a full 100mm travel range, creating a tension buffer that protects against these sudden spikes.

Ideal setup:
The hook should sit roughly between 25–75mm of travel.

• Under 25mm → risk of losing tension
• Over 75mm → risk of maxing out travel

This buffering range keeps traction more consistent during daily movement.

Tension Adjusted by Rubber Bands — Not Springs

Instead of compressing springs to increase force (which reduces travel length), tension is adjusted using modular rubber bands.

This allows the extender to maintain its full 100mm travel length regardless of tension level.

Example tension levels:

• 4 Bands → approx. 1–2kg tension
• 10 Bands → approx. 3–4kg tension

More bands increase tension without sacrificing safety travel distance.

Extra-Wide Frame for Maximum Compatibility

Many vacuum extenders struggle to fit larger vacuum chambers.

Our extender features extra-wide rods with a 60mm internal spacing, allowing it to comfortably fit chambers with up to 55mm outer diameter.

This means:

• Better compatibility with large chambers
• More room for natural positioning
• Reduced compression on surrounding skin

Spring-Loaded Pivot Design (No Pinch Points)

Traditional extenders often use sliding rod springs, which create dangerous pinch points — especially when worn under clothing.

Our design replaces those mechanisms with a spring-loaded pivot system.

Benefits:

• No sliding metal rods
• No pinch points
• Maintains space between rods and base ring
• Safer movement when bending or sitting

The springs apply approximately 1kg outward force, helping keep the frame slightly open and protecting sensitive skin.

Wide Base Ring for Comfort and Force Distribution

The base ring distributes pressure against the pelvis when traction is applied.

Our standard base ring features:

• 55mm inner diameter opening
• 19mm wide contact surface
• Semi-circular design for even pressure

Compared to typical extenders with thin rings, the wider surface distributes force across a much larger area — reducing irritation.

Optional XXL Base Ring

For higher force sessions, you can use the XXL Base Ring.

Features:

• 40mm wide contact surface
• dramatically increased pressure distribution
• improved comfort at higher tension levels

More surface area means less pressure per square millimeter, making higher traction forces more tolerable.

Lock-Out Curved Brace System

After the extender is attached, a curved brace clips into place over the base ring.

This serves two purposes:

1️⃣ Prevents the penis from slipping out of the horseshoe base.
2️⃣ Stabilizes the extender during movement.

The optional Lock-Out Brace upgrade also connects to the rods and holds the frame at a fixed 90° angle — ensuring even pressure distribution across the base ring.

Easy Horseshoe Attachment System

Most extenders require you to thread the penis through the base ring first before attaching the chamber.

Our horseshoe base design allows the extender to be placed around the shaft after the chamber is attached.

This makes setup:

Once positioned, the curved brace locks everything securely in place.

Modular Rod Length Adjustment

The extender frame includes multiple rod sizes so you can dial in the exact starting length.

Aluminium collars with grub screws allow the rods to rotate for easier setup, then lock firmly in place once tightened.

Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the TPE valve cap prevents air from entering or escaping, keeping pressure stable during use.
